Colwich Elementary School addition. 23,000 sq foot new construction, includes a FEMA shelter.

Construction budget $5.0 million

Additions and Alternations
Bid date is scheduled for Wednesday, December 10th. Separate Contracts bid at 11:00 a.m. General Construction base bid and alternates bid at 1:30 p.m.
Separate contracts issued with this project are: Athletic Lockers, Bleachers, Carpet, Mini-Blinds, Paving, Sports Equipment, Wood Flooring.
Plans are available at the office of the Architect, 1726 S. Hillside. $200 refundable deposit to Hanney & Associates per set. Plans are also on file at Ks Construction News.
