Hadley Middle School

This project includes pre-cast concrete, steel columns, bar joists. Approx. addition of 14,500sf. FEMA Shelter/Gym, commons area and serving kitchen. Remodel admin area into (4) new classrooms. Remodel lunch room into new admin area.

Bid date was Thursday, April 29th at 3:00 pm. See the bid tabulation below.

Caro Construction is the apparent low bidder and will be recommended for approval at the next BOE meeting on May 10th. They propose to accept Caro's base bid, along with alternates 2, 3, 4, and 7.
