SERVICES:
Open your internet "Plan Room" with your first project posted on addenda.org. Our charges are $50.00 per project listed in your plan room, for a period of 60-days. Posting times that need to be extended past the initial 60-days are sold in 30-day blocks for a flat rate of $30.00 per block. addenda.org will retire the project from your "Plan Room" on the 60th day unless we are notified via email 5-days in advance of the retirement date. Ressurrection of a project once it has been retired will be charged $75.00 for a 30-day block, then the regular rates are in effect for additional blocks of time.
A Project consists of the following:
· Project scope - a brief description of the project - project type, size and construction.
· Pre-Bid Meeting Notification (if applicable) - post the notification, then the minutes and attendance.
· Invitation to Bid - post the Invitation from the specifications.
· Addenda - post as many addenda as necessary. Addenda can include both the written portion and drawings.
· Bid Form - If it becomes necessary, publish revised Bid Forms for the Contractors to download clean, clear copies.
· Bid Tabulation - At the end of the bidding process, post the results with your Bid Tabulation Form on line.
HOW TO DO IT:
Setup an account over the internet by clicking the "T-square" tab. Once you have setup your free "Plan Room", you are ready to add projects - remember your password and user name. You will be able to post files to your "Plan Room" under the "Accounts" (the erasing shield). The information will be automatically posted to the world wide web. We suggest the file format be sent in Adobe® PDF format.
